We know that running an online store means it’s pretty self-sufficient, you can answer emails and even offer live chat but what if your customers want to talk to you instead of placing an online order? Or what if they have placed an order but have a query and just want a friendly voice to help them resolve it? Sometimes it’s impossible to be available at certain times and that’s where we can help.

We currently look after several clients with online stores who depend upon us to answer their calls from 8am to 11pm Monday to Friday and from 9am to 6pm Saturday and Sunday.

We are used to dealing with a varied range of stores including a high end shoe retailer, equine products, a specialist coffee supplier, ticketing sales for a large household name event and even first line tech support for an online technical product. Whether it’s processing sales orders, dealing with customer service queries or even talking through complex technical issues, we can help!
